What is and how does our ACUDA service work?

At CIS Sierra we take very seriously being able to always provide excellent customer service and be able to guarantee the safety not only of people but also of their assets.

Alarm systems and other surveillance systems such as sensors or security cameras are the main elements to incorporate when we want to secure our home. Even so, in CIS Sierra we want to offer a broader service. That is why we also offer the service of ACUDA with our own security agents, to ensure the proper development of the process after the signal of an alarm. But what exactly is the ACUDA service?

What is the ACUDA service?

The ACUDA service is a comprehensive system that incorporates the action of a CIS Sierra security agent once an alarm has been triggered and the custody of keys.

The agent will move to the affected area once the alarm has been triggered to proceed with the relevant action and help cooperate with the security forces to facilitate the process.

It will also replace the customer, since thanks to the custody of keys, the agent can provide them to the police so that they can enter easily.

What functions does the security agent have?

Our security agents are highly qualified and prepared to act quickly and accurately in case of receiving an alarm signal. After receiving the signal, our staff will go to the affected area to:

• Check the status of the installation
• Act as a deterrent to intruders
• Act as an eyewitness to the police
• Collaborate with security forces
• Provide the keys of the home or facility to facilitate the entry of security forces.

Our ACUDA agents are supported at all times by our own Alarm Reception Center, unique in the counties of Girona. This way you can get real and live reports of the visit and the action taken by the agents and so we can contact the security forces more quickly if the alarm is verified.

What is the custody of keys?

The custody of keys is a personal service that we offer at CIS Sierra. In case of contracting the service, we proceed to keep a copy of the key to your home or your installation.

Saving the keys allows us to give them to the security forces so that they can easily access the house in case the alarm has been triggered.

The custody of keys is also very useful in other cases, as when for example you leave the keys inside. Instead of having to go to a locksmith, you can contact us directly and we will provide you with the key so you can go in without problems.

The keys are guarded in our maximum security facilities and you can ask for them whenever you want.
